1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of the digital products available on https://pythonandvba.com (“Website”). By purchasing or using any product from this Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with your purchase or use of the products.

2. System Requirements

All products require the following:

  • Operating System: Windows OS only (not compatible with macOS or web-based versions of Excel).
  • Microsoft Excel: Excel 2007 or later, including Office 365 desktop versions.
  • Macros: VBA macros must be enabled for full functionality.

Additional product-specific requirements:

  • WhatsApp Blaster: Requires Google Chrome and the installation of “VBA Selenium,” which may necessitate administrative rights on your computer.
  • SMS Blaster: Requires a Pushbullet account, subject to Pushbullet’s messaging limits (100 free messages/month; Pushbullet Pro required for additional messages).
  • Twilio Blaster: Requires a paid Twilio SMS phone number. Standard Twilio rates apply.

3. Licensing

Each product license:

  • Permits use on up to 3 personal devices per user.
  • Is intended for individual or business use and may not be shared, redistributed, or resold.
  • Requires online validation to ensure authenticity for certain products.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • General Refund Policy: Full refunds can be requested within 14 days of purchase, provided the product has not been misused or excessively activated.
  • Exceptions:
    • MyToolBelt: Refunds are not available due to the inability to deactivate licenses remotely. Please ensure compatibility with system requirements before purchasing.
    • SMS Blaster: Refunds do not cover third-party services such as Pushbullet Pro subscriptions, which are independently managed by Pushbullet.

5. Support and Updates

Your purchase includes 1 year of support and updates to ensure compatibility with changing platforms and services. After this period:

  • You may continue using the product, but it will no longer receive updates or support.
  • You may renew your support and updates for an additional fee.

Certain products, such as the WhatsApp Blaster, rely on third-party platforms like WhatsApp Web, which may evolve. Ongoing compatibility cannot be guaranteed without updates.

6. Product-Specific Terms

  • WhatsApp Blaster: Bulk messaging, especially to unsaved contacts, may violate WhatsApp’s terms of service and result in account bans. Use responsibly and at your own risk. Compliance guidelines are provided but are not guaranteed to prevent bans.
  • SMS Blaster: Bulk SMS capabilities may be restricted by individual carriers. These restrictions are beyond my control.
  • Twilio Blaster: Requires a functional Twilio SMS account with sufficient balance to send messages.

7. Delivery of Digital Products

After successful payment, you will receive an email containing your license key and download link. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please contact contact@pythonandvba.com.

8. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell any product.
  • Use the products for unlawful purposes or in violation of third-party terms (e.g., WhatsApp, Twilio, or Pushbullet).

9. Disclaimer of Liability

All products are provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied. I am not liable for:

  • Losses or damages resulting from the use of these products.
  • Issues arising from third-party platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Pushbullet, Twilio).
  • Interruptions caused by system updates, third-party changes, or misuse of the product.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Itzehoe, Germany.

11. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the Website, and your continued use of the products constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
