Mail merge from Excel, with each person's own table

Personal emails to your whole list, from Excel or from your contacts.

Do you send the same report to a lot of people every month? Then you know the routine: copy someone's rows, paste them into a new email, repeat. SheetCourier sends one personal email to everyone on your Excel list, and each person gets only their own rows.

Just need to email a list? Keep your contacts in SheetCourier

Not every mailing needs a spreadsheet. Bring your people in once from Excel or a CSV file, put them in lists, and send one personal email to everyone on a list. Contacts are free and unlimited, and they stay on your PC.

The SheetCourier Contacts page: lists such as Customers, Newsletter and Workshop 2026 with their counts, a search box, and the grid of contacts with their company, lists and when they were last emailed.
Contacts

Everyone you email, in one place

Find anyone by name, email, company or any field you add. Put people in lists like Customers or Newsletter, and one person can be in several lists. You see at a glance who unsubscribed and when you last emailed someone.

Importing contacts from a file: SheetCourier has matched each column to Email address, Full name, Company, an existing field and a new field Region, and shows the first people as they will be saved.
Import

Bring your list in from Excel or CSV

SheetCourier guesses which column holds the email addresses, the names and the company, and you can keep any other column as a field of your own. People who are already in your contacts are not added twice.

Then start a mailing, pick My contacts, tick your lists and write your email. People who asked not to get your emails are left out of every mailing.

How it works

1
Pick your peopleYour contacts, an Excel file or pasted addresses. In a file, SheetCourier finds the email column for you.
2
Write one emailAdd names or any other field, plus a table from your workbook. It goes out from your own Gmail, Outlook or other email account.
3
Check, test, sendSee each person's email before anything goes out. Send a test to yourself, then send to everyone.

Works with the email you already have

Your emails go out from your own address, so replies come straight back to you.

Gmail

Normal Gmail or Google Workspace with your company's domain. You connect it with an app password, a special password Google gives you for apps.

Outlook on this PC

Sends through classic Outlook on your computer. No password needed, and every email shows up in Outlook's Sent Items.

Your own domain

An address like you@yourcompany.com at IONOS, GoDaddy, Hostinger, Strato, Namecheap and others. SheetCourier can find the settings for you.

Also built in: Microsoft 365 / Outlook.com, Yahoo, iCloud, Zoho Mail, AOL, GMX, WEB.DE and Fastmail.

Sending to hundreds or thousands of people? Use a sending service with your own domain: Brevo, SMTP2GO, Amazon SES or Mailjet.

Who it is for

Anyone who keeps the numbers in Excel and has to send each person their part.

Sales managers

Every rep gets their own sales for the month, as a neat table in the email. Next month you update the sheet, click Send again and send it to everyone on the list.

Each person gets their own rows, matched by the rep's name or region.

Teachers and trainers

Each student or parent gets only their own grades or attendance, straight from your grade book.

Each person gets their own rows, matched by the student's name or ID.

Small businesses and bookkeepers

Send every customer a statement of their open invoices, in the email or as a PDF they can file away.

Each person gets their own rows, sent as a table or a PDF attachment.

Team leads with several branches

One workbook, one sheet per branch. Every branch manager gets their own sheet, charts included.

Each person gets their own sheet, sent as a picture or PDF (needs Excel on your PC) or as an Excel file.

How SheetCourier compares

Most mail merge tools live in Google Sheets and charge every month. SheetCourier works with the Excel file on your PC, and you pay once.

Frequently asked questions

SheetCourier replaced it, and Gmail Blaster is no longer sold. Gmail Blaster sent personal emails from a workbook with macros. SheetCourier does the same as a proper Windows app, works with more than Gmail, and adds what the workbook could not do: every person can get their own rows of a table, you check each email before sending, and a mailing can be sent again next month with one click.

If you bought Gmail Blaster, it keeps working and its documentation stays online. Gmail Blaster customers get a SheetCourier Single user license for free: look for my email, or write to me with the form below if it did not reach you.
With a license, SheetCourier itself has no limit. Your email provider does: Google lets a normal Gmail account send about 500 emails a day and a Google Workspace account about 2,000. SheetCourier keeps count, stays a little below that, and when a mailing is bigger than what is left today, it offers to send part now and the rest tomorrow. More in daily sending limits explained.
SheetCourier sends to many people, one personal email to each person, one at a time, from your own Gmail, Outlook or other account. It stays within your provider's daily limit. If your list is bigger than that limit, it sends part today and the rest on the next days. It is meant for people who agreed to get your emails: customers, members, students, your team. If you need to reach more than about 5,000 people a day, a newsletter service is the better tool. See send to a big list.
Yes, sending your own emails to people who expect them is exactly what your account is for. SheetCourier signs in to your account the normal way and sends one email at a time at a calm pace, within your provider's daily limit. It is made for reports, updates and statements to people you know. It is not a tool for cold emails to bought lists: that breaks your provider's rules with any app.
Emails from SheetCourier are normal emails from your own address, sent one by one. There are no tracking pixels and no rewritten links, which spam filters dislike. What helps most is up to you: send to people who know you, and if you use your own domain, set it up for sending. The app checks your domain and tells you what to add. See emails land in the spam folder.
Yes, with classic Outlook on your PC: SheetCourier sends through it, so you need no password and every email lands in your Sent Items. Use whichever address your people know you by. If your company runs on Outlook, pick Outlook on this PC; if you send from a Gmail or Google Workspace address, pick Gmail.

The new Outlook for Windows and Outlook on the web cannot be used by other apps. Outlook.com, Hotmail and work or school Microsoft 365 accounts can also sign in with Microsoft using the Microsoft 365 / Outlook.com tile, no classic Outlook needed.
Not for most things. SheetCourier reads Excel files (.xlsx, .xlsm, .xls, .xlsb) and CSV files by itself, and a table in the email or an Excel attachment works without Excel from an .xlsx, .xlsm or CSV file. For tables from an older .xls or .xlsb workbook, save it as .xlsx first. Two options use Excel on your PC to get the exact look: a picture of the table in the email, and a PDF attachment. If Excel is not installed, the app says so and you pick one of the other two.
On your own PC. Your Excel files stay where they are; your contacts, mailings and sending history stay in one folder there, and your emails go straight from your PC to your email provider. What reaches my server is the license check, anonymous usage counts that you can switch off in Settings (never names, addresses or email text), and messages you send me. Details in the privacy policy.
No. SheetCourier needs Windows 10 or 11. It does run inside a Windows virtual machine on a Mac (Parallels, VMware Fusion, UTM).
Yes. You pay once and keep it, with every update included. There is no subscription and nothing per email. Sending goes through your own email account, so there are no other costs from me.
Try it with the free emails first, with your own list. If you buy and change your mind, email me within 14 days and I refund you in full. The refund policy has the details.
There is a contact form right inside the app, and the documentation covers every step. I reply myself, usually within a business day.
