Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for products purchased at pythonandvba.com and learn.pythonandvba.com.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Products, with the exceptions noted in Sections 2 and 3 below. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date, no questions asked.

2. Exception: Online Courses

This keeps the guarantee fair: you get a real chance to try the course, and the course is protected from being watched in full and then refunded. After 7 days, or once more than 10% of the course has been opened, the purchase is final.

You can request a course refund directly from your account menu on learn.pythonandvba.com: one click, no email needed. Access ends immediately and the refund goes back to the original payment method. If the self-service option is not available for your purchase, contact us at contact@pythonandvba.com and we will sort it out.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at contact@pythonandvba.com within the applicable refund window. Please include the following information:

• Your name and the email address used at checkout
• The product you purchased
• Your order or transaction ID (if available)
• A brief reason for the refund request (optional, but appreciated to help us improve)

We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For online courses, the self-service refund described in Section 2 is the fastest route.

5. Bundles

The refund policy applies to bundles as a whole. Individual components of a bundle cannot be refunded separately: to receive a refund, the entire bundle must be returned. Please note that bundles containing ExcelToPPT are subject to the ExcelToPPT exception in Section 3.

6. Subscriptions

For subscription-based Products, the 14-day guarantee applies to the initial purchase. If you cancel a subscription, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. Partial refunds for unused subscription time are not offered.

7. Statutory Rights and Purchases Through App Stores

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another region with mandatory consumer protection laws, this policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have, including any right of withdrawal or “cooling-off” period. Where such a right applies, our 14-day money-back guarantee is offered in addition to it. For digital content that you download or begin using immediately, you may be asked to agree that delivery starts right away, which can affect a statutory right of withdrawal for that content; either way, your rights under this policy are unaffected.

If you purchased a Product through a third-party marketplace or app store (for example, the Microsoft Store), that store may handle billing and refunds under its own policy. In that case, please request your refund through that store. Where we are able to help as well, we will.

8. Abuse of the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear to be made in bad faith or that constitute abuse of this policy (for example, repeated purchases and refund requests for the same product).
