How it works
Three steps, and the first one is usually a paste.
Paste or upload
Type addresses one per line, or import a CSV or Excel file with up to 25 of them. Full addresses, landmarks and coordinates all work.
Clean and standardize
Google's geocoding engine resolves each address, corrects misspellings, fills in missing components and returns a properly formatted result.
Download results
Read the cleaned addresses in a table, as one tidy line or split into their parts, and download the lot as a CSV with every component and the coordinates.
What this tool fixes

Misspellings and typos

Missing components
Fills in missing ZIP codes, state abbreviations and country codes based on the resolved location.
Inconsistent formatting
Standardizes capitalization, punctuation and spacing so every address follows the same clean format.
Abbreviation standardization
Converts between full names and abbreviations for streets, states and directions consistently.
Landmark resolution
Resolves landmarks, business names and points of interest to their full street addresses.

No. They reach our server only so it can call the Google Geocoding API. We do not store, log or share your address data. The results come straight back and nothing is kept on our end.
Yes. Write them as 40.7128,-74.0060 and they are reverse geocoded into a full street address. You can mix coordinates and ordinary addresses in the same batch.
It biases the results towards one country, which helps when an address is ambiguous or has no country in it. Springfield exists in many countries, so setting the hint to United States settles which one you meant. Leave it on Auto-detect if your addresses already say where they are.
Google's Address Validation API is a paid service charged per request. This page gives you free access to Google's geocoding engine for 3 batches of up to 25 addresses a day, with no API key and no billing account.
Turning messy or incomplete address data into a consistent, structured format: correcting misspellings, filling in missing components like ZIP codes, resolving abbreviations and making every address follow the same rules. This page automates that with Google's geocoding engine.
