3. Data We Collect

None. FocusCell does not collect any personal data. The app has no user accounts, asks for no personal information, and contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking software. It makes no network requests and transmits no data off your device, so there is nothing for us to receive, store, or share.

4. Data Stored on Your Device

To make the app work, FocusCell saves a small amount of information locally on your device, using your device’s standard private app storage:

• Your gallery of completed paintings
• Your focus statistics (day streak, total time focused, sessions, and recent weekly history)
• Your preferences (artist name, chosen character, haptics, sound effects, and music)

This information never leaves your device, is never transmitted to us or to anyone else, and is removed when you uninstall the app. You can also clear it at any time from Settings → Reset gallery.

5. Permissions

FocusCell requests only the permissions needed for its features. None of them are used to collect data:

• Notifications: to let you know when a painting is finished if you have left the app during a focus session. You can decline or turn this off at any time.
• Background audio (foreground service): to keep the optional background music playing while your screen is off during a focus session.

FocusCell does not access your contacts, location, photos, camera, microphone, or files.

6. Third Parties

FocusCell includes no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking software, and shares no data with any third party. The app’s fonts are bundled inside it and are never fetched over the network at runtime.

7. Children’s Privacy

FocusCell is suitable for all ages. Because it collects no personal data from anyone, it collects no data from children either.

8. Your Rights

Since FocusCell collects and transmits no personal data, we hold no information about you to access, correct, or delete. All data the app stores lives on your own device and is fully under your control: clear it from the app’s Settings, or remove it entirely by uninstalling the app.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
