Is it really free?
What format should I paste numbers in?

Any common format works. You can paste international numbers with or without spaces (+1 305 555 7890), numbers with brackets and dashes ((212) 555-1234), or plain digits (4155556789). Set the default country at the top of the tool and local numbers will be interpreted correctly. Numbers with a + prefix are always treated as fully international regardless of the default country selected.
How accurate is the validation?

The tool checks whether the number is structurally valid for its country, identifies the country and region, and detects the number type (mobile, landline, toll-free, VOIP). It does not verify whether a number is currently active or assigned to a real SIM. No tool can do that without a live carrier lookup, which involves real network queries and is a different category of service entirely.
