Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for products purchased at pythonandvba.com.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Products, with the exception noted in Section 2 below. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your original purchase date — no questions asked.

3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at contact@pythonandvba.com within 14 days of your purchase. Please include the following information:
- Your name and the email address used at checkout
- The product you purchased
- Your order or transaction ID (if available)
- A brief reason for the refund request (optional, but appreciated to help us improve)
We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
4. Bundles
The refund policy applies to bundles as a whole. Individual components of a bundle cannot be refunded separately — to receive a refund, the entire bundle must be returned. Please note that bundles containing ExcelToPPT are subject to the ExcelToPPT exception in Section 2.
5. Subscriptions
For subscription-based Products, the 14-day guarantee applies to the initial purchase. If you cancel a subscription, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period. Partial refunds for unused subscription time are not offered.
6. Abuse of the Refund Policy
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that appear to be made in bad faith or that constitute abuse of this policy (for example, repeated purchases and refund requests for the same product).
