Python & VBA offers digital software products including Excel tools, Excel add-ins, and browser-based online tools (“Products”). All Products are digital in nature and are delivered electronically via download link and/or license key.
2. Purchases and Payment
All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Purchases are processed through our payment partners: Pabbly Subscription Billing, Stripe, and/or PayPal. By completing a purchase, you agree to the applicable terms and conditions of the relevant payment processor.
Some Products are available as a one-time purchase; others may be offered on a subscription basis. Pricing and billing terms are clearly stated on each product page prior to purchase.
3. License
Upon successful purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the purchased Product on up to three (3) personal devices that you own or control, subject to the terms of this agreement and the End User License Agreement (EULA) applicable to each Product.
The license is personal to you and may not be transferred, sublicensed, or assigned to any other individual or entity.
4. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Share, distribute, resell, or redistribute any Product or license key to third parties
- Allow others to use the Product under your license
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any Product
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on any Product
- Use any Product for any unlawful purpose
- Use our Products to send unsolicited communications (spam)
- Use our Products in a manner that violates any applicable laws or the terms of service of any third-party platform integrated with the Product (including Microsoft, Google, Twilio, Meta/WhatsApp, or others)
5. Third-Party Services
Some Products require or integrate with third-party services such as Google Maps, Twilio, Gmail, or WhatsApp. Use of such Products may require you to hold your own account and API credentials with those services and to comply with their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, pricing, accuracy, or terms of any third-party service, nor for any costs you may incur through their use.

Please see our Refund Policy for full details. In summary, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on most Products. ExcelToPPT is excluded from this guarantee and is sold as-is.
7. Intellectual Property
All Products, content, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of Sven Bosau / Python & VBA. Purchasing a Product does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to you. You may not use our name, logo, or branding without prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every system configuration.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sven Bosau / Python & VBA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages (including loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption) arising from your use of or inability to use our Products or website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability arising from any matter related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product in question.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our website or Products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
Python & VBA is operated by an individual without a fixed legal establishment in any specific jurisdiction. These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law. Any disputes will be sought to be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.
