How It Works

1

Enter Routes

Type origin → destination pairs, one per line. Or import a CSV / Excel file with up to 25 routes.

2

Pick Your Settings

Choose driving, walking, cycling, or transit. Set your unit (km or miles), time format (hours, minutes, or both), and enable live traffic for real-time estimates.

3

Get Results Instantly

See distances and travel times immediately. Download your results as a clean CSV file.

Supported Travel Modes

Driving

Road distance and travel time by car, accounting for highways and road networks.

Walking

Pedestrian routes along sidewalks and footpaths with estimated walking time.

Cycling

Bike-friendly routes using cycling paths and roads suitable for bicycles.

Transit

Public transport routes including buses, trains, and subways where available.

How Accurate Are the Results?

Every calculation uses the Google Routes API, the same routing engine behind Google Maps. That means you get real road distances, not straight-line estimates.

Real Road Distances

Results follow actual roads, highways, and paths. The distance accounts for turns, one-way streets, and road restrictions rather than measuring a straight line between two points.

Travel Time Estimates

Travel times are based on speed limits, road types, and historical traffic patterns. Enable live traffic for real-time adjustments that reflect current road conditions.

Flexible Input Formats

Enter full addresses, landmarks, postal codes, or latitude/longitude coordinates. Google’s geocoding resolves each input to a precise location before calculating the route.

Worldwide Coverage

Works for any location that Google Maps supports. Route availability varies by region and travel mode, especially for transit and cycling where infrastructure data may be limited.

Good to know: Distances may differ slightly from what you see in Google Maps because the Routes API optimizes for the fastest route by default, which isn’t always the shortest. Enabling live traffic can also change the recommended route and travel time.
