Free forever: the eight essential marks (including the color emoji ✅ and ❌) in six colors, the two safe placements (cell to the right, in the cell), multiple marks per cell, remove, highlight, and the demo sheet. The free tier does not make a license check or upload workbook data.
Pro (one-time license) unlocks:
- Attach-to-value placement (the non-destructive one)
- The full library: audit letters, symbols and footnotes, the emoji status set, circled numbers, 70+ text marks in all
- Sign-offs (initials + date) and numbered steps with click-to-number and repeat
- Image marks: 24 built-in in three art styles, plus up to 8 of your own images
- The legend sheet and the open-items report
- Circle & comment, boxes, arrows, and sticky notes
- Custom text marks, custom colors, and firm-pack export/import
Pricing (Personal and Team) is on the product page. Locked features are visible in the pane with a PRO tag, so you always see what a license adds before buying.
