Your number. No API, no approvals.

The WhatsApp Business API is built for companies with a developer and a budget. SendCommander is built for someone with a list and a message to send.

WhatsApp Business API
  • Business verification before you start
  • A paid provider sitting in the middle
  • $0.02 to $0.22 for every single message
  • Template approval for anything you want to say
  • A separate business number, not the one people know
SendCommander
  • Scan the QR code once and you are sending
  • No middleman between you and WhatsApp
  • One flat price, however many you send
  • Write whatever you want, nobody approves it
  • Your own number, the one your customers know

What you can do

Your contacts never leave your PC

Most bulk-messaging tools are websites: you upload your customer list and hope. SendCommander is a program on your computer, sending through your own WhatsApp. There is no server in between.

Nothing is uploaded Contacts, messages and history stay on your PC. Not even I can see them.
No account, no sign-up Install it and open it. Nothing to register, no password to forget.
Your WhatsApp session stays yours You scan the QR code into the app on your own machine, exactly like WhatsApp Web in a browser.

Can WhatsApp restrict my number?

Yes, if you send like a spammer: the same words to hundreds of strangers, all at once. WhatsApp's terms restrict automated messaging, and any tool that says otherwise is selling you something.

SendCommander is built to send the way a careful person would, and the features that keep you safe are free.

One at a time, never in a burstReal pauses between messages, typed like a person. Spread a campaign over hours if you like.
No two messages identicalNames and wording vary, so a hundred messages do not look like one message copied a hundred times.
A built-in message checkWhile you write, it flags what gets numbers restricted: identical text, spammy wording, shortened links, too many at once.
Opt-outs respectedAnyone who asks you to stop goes on the block list and is skipped on every future send.

Questions people actually ask

That was WhatsApp Blaster, an Excel workbook with macros. SendCommander replaced it. It sends the same way, through your own WhatsApp account, but setup is much easier (no Excel, no macros, nothing else to install), sending is more reliable, and it does a lot more: photos and documents, reusable contact lists, a block list, scheduling, and a searchable log of everything sent. Your Excel lists import in one drag. If you bought the Excel version, your license works here too.
No. SendCommander needs Windows 10 or 11. It does run inside a Windows virtual machine on a Mac (Parallels, VMware Fusion, UTM), which is what some customers do. If that route does not work out, the 14-day refund still applies.
No. SendCommander is a standalone app. It imports an Excel file if that is where your list lives, but CSV and vCard work just as well, and you can type contacts straight into it.
It is a real risk and I am not going to pretend otherwise. WhatsApp's terms restrict automated messaging, and sending too many messages too quickly can get a number limited. That is why pacing and personalization are free features, why you can spread a campaign over hours, and why the app checks a message before you send it. Message people who know you, keep the volume sane, and honour opt-outs.
Yes, with both personal WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business. Whichever account you scan the QR code with is the one it sends from. Android or iPhone, both fine.
The free version includes 100 messages, once, on that computer: enough for one real campaign. Pro has no built-in limit, though WhatsApp's own limits still apply. Warm a new number up gently, and treat about 200 a day as the ceiling.
Yes. Enter the group name instead of a phone number and the message goes to that group.
Pro lets you set a start time and spread a send over a window, but SendCommander has to stay open and your PC on while it runs; minimizing is fine. There is no cloud doing it for you, which is also why nothing of yours ever leaves the PC.
No, SendCommander is WhatsApp only. For text messages there is QuickText, a sister app that sends SMS through your own Android phone.
Yes. There is a direct installer for exactly that case, linked on the page you land on after buying. Windows shows a SmartScreen warning on it; choose More info, then Run anyway.
Three, for example a desktop, a laptop and a work machine. You can free up a slot yourself any time from the device manager. The same license also unlocks the Excel add-in.
There is a support form inside the app (Account page) that sends me the details I need to help, the documentation covers setup and every page of the app, and you can always email sven@pythonandvba.com. I reply myself, usually within 24 hours.
