To add more rows for exporting in your ExcelToPPT template, just use Excel’s built-in table tools. Here’s how:
- Scroll to the Bottom of the Table
Go to the export table in your sheet and scroll down to the last row. - Hover Over the Bottom-Right Corner
Move your mouse to the bottom-right corner of the last cell in the table. The cursor will change into a double arrow. - Drag to Add Rows
Hold down the left mouse button and drag down. Excel will extend the table and add new empty rows.
Any formulas or formatting in the table will automatically carry over. - Enter Your Data
Type your new data into the added rows as usual.
Tip: You can also right-click in the table and use “Insert” to add rows, but dragging is usually the fastest.
