Three things that speed every answer up:
- In the add-in, open the menu (top left), go to About and diagnostics, click Copy diagnostic info and paste it into your message. It contains the add-in version, your Excel version and recent error messages, never your cells or keys.
- Say what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. If a match looks wrong, include the row from List A and the entry you expected from List B.
- For a question about a credit pack, include the email address you bought it with.
