AI Fuzzy Match matches two lists in Excel by meaning, not just spelling. It knows that IBM and International Business Machines are the same company, that Kowalsky Bakery is a typo of Kowalski Bakery, and that Smith Plumbing in Houston is not Smith Plumbing in Dallas.
What it does #
- Match two lists: for every row in your first list, it finds the same business, organization or person in a second list, or says No match when there is none.
- Flag what is uncertain: every answer comes with a confidence score and a status, so the rows worth a second look are marked for review.
- Stay in Excel: results land in new columns next to your list, or on a new sheet if you prefer. Nothing else in your workbook changes.
It runs in Excel on Windows, Mac and the web. You pay per row with credits: every installation gets 100 free credits to try it on your own data, and one-time credit packs that never expire cover the rest. There is no subscription.
