TablePop creates the HTML file on your computer; it does not upload your table to a chart service. The exported page needs an internet connection to load its JavaScript and style libraries. Images linked from your cells also need to be reachable by the reader.
License activation and update checks need a connection too. If a table opens without working search or filters, check that the reader can reach the external libraries used by the file.
