Start with a small table so you can check the exported page before sharing it.
Video walkthrough #
- Open your workbook and click inside the Excel table you want to export. If the data is a normal range, select it and use Insert > Table, including its header row.
- Open TablePop > Settings to choose the output location and any table options you need.
- Click Export to HTML. If the workbook contains several tables, choose the table to export. If it contains none, you can load the example table and try again.
- Open the resulting HTML file in a browser. Check the headings, values, search and sorting.
- Change the data or settings in Excel and export again when you want an updated page.
The classic export uses table libraries loaded from a CDN, so keep an internet connection available when viewing it. To share it online, follow Deploy a TablePop table online.
