Create a dashboard

A dashboard combines the .json files saved when you create individual charts.

In the older video, the dashboard action is called Generate Charts. Grafly v0.9 calls it Create Dashboard.

Video walkthrough #

1. Create the charts you want to include and keep their generated .json files. Save your workbook before continuing.
2. Open Grafly > Dashboard, click Select Files, and select those JSON files.
3. Select a chart in the list and use Move Up or Move Down to set the order. Use Remove file to exclude a chart from this dashboard.
4. For tabs, select a chart and edit its Tab Name. Select Single Page Dashboard instead to show charts on one page; Draggable Layout lets you reposition them in the browser.
5. Click Create Dashboard, then open the resulting HTML file in your browser to check the charts and their order.

Select the JSON files, rather than the individual HTML charts. If you change your worksheet data, regenerate the affected charts and build the dashboard again to include those changes.
