Update the add-in

These steps replace the classic Grafly.xlam add-in on Windows.

1. Download the updated classic add-in and extract it. Right-click the new .xlam file, choose Properties, and select Unblock if it appears. Click Apply.
2. Save your open workbooks. In Excel, go to File > Options > Add-ins. Next to Manage, choose Excel Add-ins and click Go.
3. Clear the checkbox beside Grafly and click OK. Close all Excel windows, then reopen Excel.
4. Return to the same Excel Add-ins dialog and click Browse. Select the newly downloaded Grafly.xlam file. If Excel asks to copy or replace the existing add-in, confirm the replacement.
5. Make sure Grafly is checked and click OK. Its ribbon tab should appear again. Create a small sample chart to check the update.

If Excel cannot replace the file, close every Excel window before trying again. Keep the installed add-in in a permanent folder.
