SimpleGantt builds the chart from your workbook locally. The exported HTML loads its chart script and stylesheet from the configured online locations, so an internet connection is normally needed to view it.
License activation and update checks also need a connection. If the HTML opens as a blank page, check that its script and stylesheet can load on that computer.
