Excel2PPT Add-in brings Excel ranges, tables, charts, shapes and cell values into PowerPoint. Set up the objects once in your workbook, then export again when your data changes.

Start with the preview #
The current evaluation preview includes all export features without a license key. Commercial activation is not enabled yet. See Licenses and plans for the single-user and team checkout links.

What you can do #
- Keep export instructions in one PPT Setup table inside an ordinary Excel workbook.
- Export objects as pictures, or export charts as editable or linked charts.
- Replace PowerPoint placeholders with fixed text or the displayed value of an Excel cell.
- Create a new presentation, use a PowerPoint template, or update the active presentation.
- Copy an object’s PowerPoint position and size with Dimension Finder.
Excel2PPT requires Windows, desktop Excel and desktop PowerPoint. Workbook contents are processed on your computer.
