Free and Pro #
The standard release starts in Free: export up to five enabled picture rows into a new presentation. Pro adds larger exports, PowerPoint templates, editable and linked charts, text replacements, and updates to the active presentation.
Activate a purchased key #
Open License from the Excel2PPT ribbon, enter the 21-character key from your purchase email, and activate it while connected to the internet. A previously verified key keeps Pro available for up to seven days when the license service cannot be reached.
Manage devices opens your account to free a device slot. Use Free removes the key on this PC; it does not remove the registered device from your account.
If you were specifically given an internal evaluation preview, that build may have all features enabled with activation disabled. Those preview rules do not describe the standard release.
Choose a license #
- Single-user plan: intended for one person. Open single-user checkout.
- Team plan: intended for multiple people on a team. Open team checkout.

Customers of the VBA solution #
The add-in is a separate product from the older Excel2PPT VBA template. This documentation does not change your existing purchase terms. Details about any upgrade offer will be published when confirmed.
