No. Every chart is built locally, inside Excel, by a bundled chart engine. Nothing is uploaded anywhere; the only network request the add-in ever makes is validating a license key. Files you export and share links you create do contain the charted values, because that is their job, but they are created on your machine and go only where you send them.
