Keep the phone powered on, connected to the internet, and signed in to Pushbullet with SMS permissions enabled. The phone also needs mobile service to send SMS.
Your mobile plan determines the SMS charges. Destination, roaming, and multipart-message charges can apply. SMS Blaster does not replace your mobile plan or any separate Pushbullet subscription.
