A Sent label is not always a recipient delivery receipt. Possible causes include filtering, a disconnected or incorrect number, a recipient device problem or unavailable delivery reports. Try one normal text to a consenting affected recipient and ask the carrier to investigate if it does not arrive.
In such cases:
- Contact your mobile phone provider to check if your number has been flagged, blocked, or limited. Ask if they can increase your sending limit or provide details on any restrictions.
-
Adjust the Random Delay Setting:
- The SMS Blaster includes a default random delay to control the time between messages. You can increase this delay in the settings if necessary. However, note that longer delays will result in extended runtimes for bulk campaigns and may not guarantee delivery.
