Move your license to another PC

Your license is not tied to one machine forever: a Single User license covers up to 3 devices, and you manage them yourself.

Moving to a new PC #

1. On the old PC (if you still have it): open About > Deactivate on this device. This removes the key locally.
2. Open your account – from the app, About > Manage account & devices takes you straight there – and remove the old device from the list to free its slot.
3. On the new PC: install Excel2JSON from the Microsoft Store and activate with your key.

Old PC gone? #

No problem: skip step 1 and just remove the device in your account. If the account page will not let you (or you cannot find your key), the support form sorts it out in one reply – include your license key.

Invoices #

Your invoices are available in your account too, next to your license and devices.
