Use the included example template for your first export, then replace its sample fields with your own.

- Extract the download and open
ExcelToWord.xlsmin desktop Excel. If Windows blocks the trusted downloaded workbook, close Excel and use Properties > Unblock on that file before reopening it. Allow its macros when prompted. - On the Settings sheet, enter your License Key. Use Select Template to choose
ExcelToWord_Example.docxand Select Output Folder to choose where the generated files go. - Choose DOCX, PDF or PDF + DOCX in Save as.
- On ExportToWord, review the sample rows. Each row with an Output Name creates its own document. For a text field, a column named
Placeholder_1replaces{{Placeholder_1}}in the Word template with the value from that row. - Click Export to Word, then open the files in your output folder and check the results.
Images, Excel ranges and Excel tables use Word bookmarks matching the column header instead of double-brace text placeholders. Their guides explain the required setup.
