Extend the existing table on the ExportToWord sheet so the export includes your additional data.
- Click inside the export table, then scroll to its bottom-right corner.
- Drag the small resize handle to the right to add placeholder columns, downward to add rows, or both. You can also use Table Design > Resize Table to choose the complete table range.
- Give new placeholder columns names that match the placeholders in your Word template, following the same convention as the existing columns.
- Fill in the new cells and the Output Name for each document row. Keep these cells inside the formatted Excel table.
- Run a small test export and check that the new placeholders are replaced and each intended row produces a document.
Typing data beside or below the table is not enough if Excel has not expanded the table to include it. Check the table boundary before exporting.
