Steps to Send Media Files and Documents
- Input the Valid File Path(s):
In the Text column of the template, input the full file path to your media file or document.
– To send multiple files to the same recipient, separate the file paths with a semicolon (;).
Example:C:\path\image1.jpg;C:\path\image2.jpg. - Select the Correct File Type:
In the Type column, choose either Media for images/videos or Document for other types of files. - Add an Optional Caption (for Media):
– If you’re sending an image or video and want to include a caption, add it in the Media/Document Caption column.
– Leave the caption field blank if you do not want to include a caption.
– 🚨 Important: If you enter a caption and choose multiple files, the caption will only be applied to the first attachment.
File Size Limits
- Media Files: The file size must be 64 MB or less.
- Documents: The file size must also be 64 MB or less.
Images and Videos: The following file types are supported:
.tiff,.pjp,.pjpeg,.jfif,.gif,.svg,.bmp,.png,.jpeg,.svgz,.jpg,.webp,.ico,.xbm,.dib,.tif,.avif,.m4v,.mp4,.3gp,.mov
Documents:
Common file types like .pdf, .docx, .xlsx, .txt.
