There is no published safe daily allowance for automated sending through WhatsApp Web. A workbook setting or longer delay cannot guarantee that WhatsApp will allow a campaign.
Daily volume #
Do not treat 100–200 messages as a safe allowance. Message only people who expect to hear from you, respect opt-outs and stop if WhatsApp reports a restriction.
Sending rate #
The workbook’s default and random delays control timing. They are not WhatsApp-approved safe rates. Choose time to review results and respond; increasing a delay does not lift an existing restriction.
First setup checks #
Test with your own account or a consenting recipient. A successful test checks that setup for that message; it does not establish permission for higher volume or build guaranteed account trust.
Review before continuing #
For a larger list, review a small group’s outcome before continuing. Splitting a campaign does not make otherwise unwanted or prohibited messaging acceptable.
