No messages will be sent or read. Only technical page structure is captured. The file is saved locally on your computer.

Steps #
- Click the “Run Diagnostics” button on the Settings sheet
- Click OK on the intro screen to start
- Chrome will open WhatsApp Web. Log in if needed, then click OK
- Follow the 2 on-screen steps:

| Step 1 | Click on the search bar, type zzz999, and wait until you see a “No results” message |
| Step 2 | Clear the search bar, open any chat, and wait until you see the message input area at the bottom |
Read each popup carefully. Wait for the instruction before clicking or typing anything in WhatsApp. The tool captures what’s on screen at each step. Doing things out of order will give incorrect results.
- After the last step, the file is saved automatically
- Send the file to support. The location is shown in the final popup
The contact name you search for may appear in the diagnostics file. No chat messages or other personal data are captured.
