Everything about your license and subscription lives in one place: your account page. The app’s Account page links there too, under My account.
What you can do there #
- Devices: see which computers use your license and disconnect ones you no longer need, which frees a slot immediately.
- Invoices: view and download the invoice for every payment.
- Billing: change the payment method behind a subscription.
- Cancel: stop a subscription from renewing. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for; nothing stops early.
Signing in #
The account page identifies you by the email address you bought with, or by your license key. If neither works, write to us from that email address: Support.
Cancelling the subscription and deleting the app are independent. Uninstalling TextBay neither cancels billing nor deletes your data; the data folder stays on your PC on purpose, as described under Privacy.
