The fastest way to reach us is the contact form inside the app: open the Account page and use Contact support. Describe what you tried, what you expected and what happened instead; you get a reply by email.
What to include #
- What you were doing (sending a campaign, replying from the inbox, connecting Twilio)
- The exact wording of any error, or the Twilio error code the app shows (a five-digit number like 30034)
- Whether it worked before, and what changed since (new number, new Twilio account, new PC)
What the form sends #
Only what the form says it sends: your message, your name and reply email, plus technical facts that save a round of questions: the app version, your Windows version, the name of your PC, your license status, a privacy-scrubbed excerpt of the app’s local error log, and a few setup facts like whether Twilio is connected, which kind of sender is chosen, whether test mode is on and how many contacts you have. It never includes your contacts’ numbers, message text or your Twilio credentials. Nothing is sent until you press the button.
Other doors #
- Email: contact@pythonandvba.com
- License, devices and billing questions often answer themselves on your account page: see Manage devices and billing.
- Delivery problems have their own page: Messages show Failed or Undelivered.
