TextBay is a Windows desktop app that sends personalized SMS, MMS and WhatsApp campaigns through your own Twilio account. You bring the Twilio account and its phone numbers; Twilio carries the messages and bills you directly for what you send. TextBay adds the working layer on top: contacts and lists, mail-merge personalization, campaign runs with honest delivery tracking, scheduling, a reply inbox and a block list.
Because everything goes through your own Twilio account, nothing of yours passes through servers of ours: your credentials, contacts and messages stay between your PC and Twilio.
