Insert Deltaline again from the Add-ins menu on the Home tab. A new chart frame appears with Pick a chart type; select one cell in the data for this chart, then click a chart picture. Every chart keeps its own data link and its own settings, and each one updates on its own.
Want a chart like one you already have? In Excel on Windows, copy the chart and paste it: the copy is live and shows the same data until you select the new data and click Rebind; then adjust the title with Edit. In Excel on the web, a pasted copy is only a static picture, so insert Deltaline again from the Add-ins menu instead.
Each chart runs as its own small web view, so keep to about 10 live charts per workbook for a fast workbook.
