Use Excel’s fill handle to copy a message, phone number, or other value into the rows below it.
Video walkthrough #
The video demonstrates the same Excel action in WhatsApp Blaster.
- Enter the value in the first cell and press Enter.
- Select that cell again. Point to the small square in its bottom-right corner until the pointer becomes a black cross.
- Drag down to the last row you want to fill, then release the mouse button.
- Check the first and last filled cells. If Excel creates a sequence instead of repeating the value, open Auto Fill Options and choose Copy Cells.
Stop at the last intended recipient. Filling extra rows with a number and message can add unwanted messages to your send list.
