Three things that speed every answer up:
- In the add-in, open the menu (top left), go to About and copy the diagnostic info into your message. It contains the add-in version, your Excel version and recent error messages, never your cells, categories or keys.
- Say what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. If a category looks wrong, include the row, the category you expected, and the categories it could choose from (at least the ones that matter for that row).
- For a question about a credit pack, include the email address you bought it with.
