XLlama cannot reach Ollama

Three checks fix nearly every connection problem:

1. Is Ollama actually running? Look for its icon in the system tray, or start it.
2. Did you allow the add-in origin? Run the command the pane shows (Windows: setx OLLAMA_ORIGINS "https://addins.pythonandvba.com"), then, and this is the step people skip,
3. restart Ollama so the setting takes effect.

After that, click the refresh icon in the pane and it connects.
