You need Microsoft 365 or Office 2021 and later, in Excel on Windows or Excel on the web in Edge or Chrome.
Excel for Mac and Safari currently block web add-ins from talking to local servers, so the AI features cannot work there (the pane explains this and shows a workaround for advanced users). iPad and Excel 2019 are not supported.
