LabelPop has two states: the free version and Pro. Pro is a one-time purchase with a lifetime license. There is no trial clock, no subscription and no account, and the free version never expires. The current prices are in the pricing section of the LabelPop page.
Free and Pro side by side #
The free version limits how much one print job prints, not which label sizes or which layout tools you can use. It prints one full sheet per print job: 30 labels on the 30 per sheet address size, 21 on the A4 21 per sheet size, 80 on the return address size, 8 name badges. There is no watermark.

Pro options are shown in the pane with a Pro badge, never hidden. The card says Pro options are shown so you can see what they do. The badge in the header says Free or Pro and opens the License settings.
What happens when your list needs more than one sheet #
The preview always shows every sheet of your list. On the free version, the sheets that will not print are veiled with Not printed in the free version. Above Create PDF, a card says what the limit is, for example Your list needs 5 sheets. Free prints 1 sheet per job., with Print first sheet and Get Pro. If your design uses Pro options, it adds Pro options in your design (barcode) are left out of the free PDF. and the free PDF prints without them. After Create PDF, the Your labels card repeats the limit: The free version prints the first sheet. Your list needs 5 sheets.
Pro adds unlimited sheets, start on a used sheet, barcodes and QR codes, a logo, custom sizes and saved designs. A single job prints up to 5,000 labels; for a bigger job the card says One job prints up to 5,000 labels, so the rest were left out. A Pro job of more than 2,000 labels may take a few seconds, and the status line says so: This PDF has 2,500 labels and may take a few seconds. The list itself can have up to 10,000 rows.
License plans #
Both plans are one-time purchases with a lifetime license:
- Personal License: one person on up to 3 devices.
- Team License: up to 15 devices.
Each device you activate the key on uses one slot. You can free a slot in the pane (Remove key from this computer) or in your account. How to add the key is in Activate your license.
Colleagues and print shops #
The PDF LabelPop makes is an ordinary PDF. You can email it, save it or hand it to a print shop, and the other person needs neither LabelPop nor a license. Only the person who creates the PDF needs the add-in.
