LabelPop prints address labels, return address labels, name badges and shipping labels straight from a list in Excel. You click any cell in your list, pick your label sheet, check a true-size preview and click Create PDF. The PDF is built to the millimetre for your sheet, so the text lands inside the die-cut labels when you print at Actual size. There is no Word document, no mail merge and no fields to set up.
The free version covers every label size, with one full sheet per print job and no time limit: 30 labels on the 30 per sheet address size, 21 on the A4 21 per sheet size, 80 on the return address size. Pro prints as many sheets as your list needs, starts on a half-used sheet, adds copies per row, barcodes and QR codes, a logo, custom label sizes and saved designs.
LabelPop works in Excel on Windows, Mac and the web, needs no macros, and builds the labels on your own computer. The getting started guide takes you from the sample list to your first PDF in a few minutes.
Coming soon to Microsoft Marketplace. LabelPop is not listed yet. The LabelPop page shows when it is live, and the steps for adding it are in Installation.
Print at Actual size. The PDF already has the exact size of your sheet. In the print dialog choose Actual size or 100%, turn off Fit to page, and pick the paper size LabelPop tells you. See Print address labels from Excel.
