1.0.0 (2026) #
The first release.
- Click any cell in your list and LabelPop reads the table around it. Filtered and hidden rows are skipped, ZIP codes keep their leading zeros, and the first 10,000 rows are used.
- 25 label sheet sizes for US Letter and A4: address, return address, shipping, name badge, file folder, square, round and full sheet labels, named by size with the matching sheet codes shown as “same size as”.
- A layout suggested from your column names, and a line editor with column buttons, font size, bold, alignment, vertical position, margin, upper-case city, hiding the home country and Fill a whole sheet with one label.
- A true-size preview of every sheet, with notes for text that was made smaller or is cut off and for characters the fonts cannot print.
- Create PDF: an exact PDF for your sheet. Excel on the web opens it in a new tab; outside Excel on the web (for example Excel for Windows and Mac) an encrypted print job opens the PDF in your browser. Label sheet in Excel as a fallback.
- A calibration page: you measure crosshair A and the 100 mm ruler, LabelPop works out the offsets and scale, keeps them on your computer and uses them for the PDF and the Excel label sheet.
- Sample data with 45 made-up addresses, a light and a dark theme, and Default paper in Settings.
- Pro: unlimited sheets (up to 5,000 labels per job), start on a partly used sheet, copies per row, sort and one label per unique address, barcodes and QR codes, a logo, custom label sizes, saved designs, Noto Serif and font sizes 6 to 36 pt.
- Works in Excel on Windows, Mac and the web. No macros, and the labels are built on your own computer.
