After a send, SendCommander shows how many of your messages were delivered and how many were read. The totals are free. Seeing it for each person is part of Pro.
The totals #
When a send finishes, the result card shows a line such as 42 sent · 40 delivered · 31 read. The same line sits above the list on the History page for the messages you are looking at. Filter History by campaign to see the totals of one campaign. If people have replied, the line ends with 5 replied.
Delivered and read are not known the moment you send. They fill in over the next hours, while WhatsApp is connected in SendCommander. SendCommander follows each message for about a week after it went out.
Who read it (Pro) #
With Pro, History has a Seen column for each message. Two grey ticks mean delivered, and two blue ticks mean read. Hover over the ticks to see when. The Replied column, which is free, marks people who answered.

When you export History with Export, Pro adds Delivered and Read columns with the times. The Replied column is exported for everyone.
On the free plan, the totals stay visible and a Pro: see who read it link explains what the license adds.
Only messages SendCommander could follow #
SendCommander can only follow a message that it could identify in WhatsApp while sending it. That works for messages sent with version 1.5 or later while WhatsApp was connected. Messages sent earlier, messages to WhatsApp groups and sends where WhatsApp could not be read at that moment count as sent but are not followed. They show no ticks.
When only some messages can be followed, the line says so: 42 sent · 20 delivered · 15 read of 25 tracked. Delivered and read are counted among the 25 that could be followed, so the other 17 are not wrongly counted as unread. When none could be followed, you see only 42 sent.
How reliable are the ticks? #
The ticks come from WhatsApp itself, so they match what you see in the chat. They are not exact for everyone. A person who switched off read receipts in WhatsApp never shows as read, even if they opened your message. Delivered and read are signs of interest, not proof that someone saw or understood the message.
Once a time is recorded, it does not change. If you delete a campaign for everyone, its rows show as deleted. See Undo a campaign.
