If WhatsApp restricts your account, read the notice in WhatsApp. It explains what is affected and any review option. Restrictions can be temporary or permanent; SendCommander cannot lift them.
Why this happens #
Pace is only one factor. Unwanted messages, recipient feedback and messaging behavior also matter. A slower pace, a saved contact or personalized wording does not guarantee protection. See WhatsApp’s guidance on automated and bulk messaging.
What I can and cannot do #
I can help with SendCommander errors, but I do not work at WhatsApp and cannot change an account restriction.
What to do now #
- Stop the campaign and check the notice in WhatsApp.
- Use the review or help option WhatsApp provides. Do not assume the restriction will lift at a particular time.
- Check History and WhatsApp before retrying messages whose outcome is uncertain.
Before sending again #
Wait until WhatsApp allows sending. Review your audience and remove anyone who does not want your messages. Check replies and add opt-outs to your block list.
In Compose > Sending options > Sending pace, choose Cautious sending. Its defaults are up to 20 outgoing messages per rolling hour and 100 per rolling 24 hours, spaced at least three minutes apart. You can lower these with Adjust limits. These app defaults are not safe-rate guarantees.
Manual batches are optional if you want to review a small group’s results first. They do not replace pacing. Read the sending guidelines before continuing.
The official WhatsApp Business Platform #
For an official business messaging integration, review the WhatsApp Business Platform and its current requirements. SendCommander uses WhatsApp Web and does not use that platform.
