SendCommander sends through your own WhatsApp account by linking it to the app, the same way WhatsApp Web works in a browser. You scan a QR code once, and it stays logged in. This page covers the common login problems.
How to connect #
- Open the WhatsApp screen in the app (left sidebar).
- On your phone, open WhatsApp and tap Linked devices, then Link a device.
- Point your phone at the QR code shown in the app and scan it.
- The status turns green: Connected. You are logged in to WhatsApp and ready to send.
You only do this once per phone. SendCommander keeps you logged in for next time. You can even link more than one WhatsApp account with Add phone and switch between them.
Common problems #
The QR code does not appear, or it is stuck on “Loading WhatsApp”
The app needs an internet connection to load WhatsApp Web.
- Check that this PC is online.
- Click Reload (top right of the WhatsApp screen) and wait a few seconds.
- If a loading screen never finishes, click Clear cache. This loads WhatsApp Web fresh, and you stay logged in.
- If it still will not load, restart the app.
The QR code will not scan
- Set the Zoom to Fit so the whole QR code is visible.
- Give your phone camera a moment to focus, and make sure your screen is bright enough.
- The code refreshes every so often. If it has expired, click Reload to get a fresh one.
It keeps logging me out, or asks me to scan again
This usually means the link between your phone and the app was removed.
- On your phone, open WhatsApp, tap Linked devices, and check that SendCommander is still listed. If it was removed there, simply link it again.
- WhatsApp allows only a limited number of linked devices at once. If you are at the limit, remove one you no longer use, then link again.
- Do not click Log out in the app unless you mean to unlink on purpose.
I scanned the code but it still says “Not logged in yet”
Give it a few seconds to finish connecting. Make sure your phone has a working internet connection while you link, since the first connection is set up through your phone. If nothing changes, click Reload and scan again.
Once you are logged in, the Run check button on the WhatsApp screen tests the connection to your version of WhatsApp Web and reports anything that needs attention. It is the quickest way to confirm everything is working.
