Before you send, SendCommander reads your message and points out anything that often causes trouble. You see it as the Message check card on the Send page, and it updates as you type. It never blocks you from sending.
How to read it #
Each item has one of three levels:
- Problem Something that will likely go wrong. Worth fixing first.
- Warning Worth a second look.
- Tip A suggestion to help your messages land well and keep your number safe.
When nothing applies, you see a green Your message looks good instead.
A placeholder may not be filled in warning #
Your message uses a personal detail like {{first_name}}, but some of your selected people have no value for it, so their message would show {{...}} or a blank gap.
How to fix it. Add a fallback after the | sign, like {{first_name|there}}. It writes the first name when it exists, and “there” when it does not. (Personalization is a Pro feature.)
Some people share the same number warning #
Two or more of your selected contacts have the same phone number, so that person would get your message several times.
How to fix it. This is usually a duplicate contact. Check your Contacts for repeats and remove the extra one.
That is a long message tip #
Your message is over 1500 characters. Long broadcasts get reported as spam more often, and WhatsApp watches for that.
How to fix it. Trim it to the essentials. Shorter messages read better on a phone and are safer to send.
That is a lot of messages in one go tip #
You are about to message a large number of people at once. WhatsApp can flag or restrict numbers that send too much, too fast.
How to fix it. On the Send page, turn on Send in batches to send a portion now and the rest later, and keep a delay between messages. See the guidelines for safe sending for the full picture.
