Use at your own risk #
SendCommander automates your own WhatsApp account through WhatsApp Web. Automated and bulk messaging may conflict with WhatsApp’s Terms of Service. The risk is highest when you message people who have not saved your number, or who are not expecting to hear from you. A number can be restricted for a while, or banned outright. You use SendCommander entirely at your own risk.
Your responsibility to comply #
You are solely responsible for how you use SendCommander and for complying with WhatsApp’s Terms of Service and all laws that apply to you and to the people you message. This includes anti-spam, marketing-consent, and data-protection laws (such as the GDPR). Only message people who have agreed to hear from you, and never send unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.
No guarantee against restrictions #
No tool can guarantee that your account will not be restricted or banned. These decisions are made solely by WhatsApp. I have no control over them and cannot reverse them. If your number is restricted, you will need to contact WhatsApp directly.
Provided as is #
SendCommander is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Because it relies on WhatsApp Web, which can change at any time, I cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Full terms are set out in our Terms and Conditions and End User License Agreement.
