A Single user license works on up to 3 computers, a Team license on up to 15. Each computer where you activate the key takes one slot.
Free a computer from that computer #
- Open Account & help.
- Click Stop using the license on this computer.
- Confirm with Free up this computer.
SheetCourier on that computer goes back to unlicensed. Your mailings, history, email accounts and settings all stay. The key itself stays valid; enter it again any time.
Free a computer you no longer have #
Click Manage your computers on Account & help, or open your account page and sign in with the email you bought with. It lists every computer that uses your license; remove the one you no longer use. Then activate the key on the new computer.
Moving to a new PC #
- On the old PC, free the computer as above (if you still can).
- On the new PC, install SheetCourier and activate your key.
- To take your mailings and history along, use Settings, Backup: Back up now on the old PC, then on the new one open Settings, Restore from a backup…, Choose a backup file….
- Enter your email passwords again on the new PC under Email accounts: they are encrypted for your old Windows account and can’t be read on another computer.
