Use the email address your people know you by. Replies come back to that address, and emails from a familiar address are less likely to land in spam.

Pick Gmail when #
you send from an @gmail.com address or your company uses Google Workspace. See Connect Gmail.
Pick Outlook on this PC when #
your company runs on Outlook and you have classic Outlook on your PC. SheetCourier sends through it, so your company’s rules, signature settings and Sent Items all apply. See Connect Outlook on this PC.
Pick Microsoft 365 / Outlook.com when #
you send from an @outlook.com or @hotmail.com address, or from a work or school account on Microsoft 365, and you don’t have classic Outlook (or don’t want to keep it open while sending). You sign in with Microsoft; SheetCourier never sees your password. Emails can carry about 3 MB of attachments. See Connect Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com.
What about the new Outlook? #
The new Outlook for Windows and Outlook on the web can’t be used by other apps. If you have classic Outlook, use Outlook on this PC; otherwise use the Microsoft 365 / Outlook.com tile. See SheetCourier cannot find Outlook (new Outlook).
Neither? #
Yahoo, iCloud, Zoho, AOL, GMX, WEB.DE, Fastmail and addresses on your own domain work too: Connect Yahoo, iCloud, Zoho or another provider.
