SheetCourier is installed from the Microsoft Store, and the Store installs updates by itself. Every update is free for licensed users.
Check your version #
Open Account & help. Under About SheetCourier it says “You are on version …”. The version also shows at the bottom of the sidebar; click it to see what’s new.
Update by hand #
- In SheetCourier, click Check for updates (on Account & help or in Settings, Updates). It opens the Microsoft Store’s downloads and updates page.
- Click Get updates in the Store.
- Restart SheetCourier when the update is installed.
Updates don’t touch your mailings, history, email accounts or settings. Don’t update in the middle of a mailing; let it finish first.

Did you get SheetCourier from somewhere other than the Microsoft Store? Then it says “This copy is not from the Microsoft Store, so it does not update by itself.” Install it from the Microsoft Store to get updates.
