How to ask #
- In the app: open Account & help, go to Help and support, choose Something else and write that you would like a refund. Include the email address you bought with.
- Or reply to your purchase email.
Telling me what did not work is welcome but not required. Often it is a setup problem I can help with.
What happens after a refund #
The license key stops working. SheetCourier then says “Your license is no longer active”, and you are back on the free version with whatever free emails were left. Your mailings and history stay on your PC.
